变匝比交错并联三电平正激变换器

An Interleaved Three-level Forward Converter With Variable Turns Ratio

  • 摘要: 通过在双管正激变换器的变压器二次侧增加一个整流二极管和一个高频开关管,提出一种变匝比交错并联三电平正激变换器。该变换器保留了交错并联双管正激变换器的优点,同时,根据不同的输入电压调整原副边匝比,使其具有宽输入电压适应范围;变换器整流输出三电平电压波形,利于减小输出滤波器体积,提高变换器的功率密度。详细分析了变匝比交错并联三电平正激变换器工作原理,比较了两电平和三电平工作模式,给出具体的参数设计。研制了一台2000W原理样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性以及该变匝比技术的可行性。

     

    Abstract: By adding a rectifier diode and two high-frequency switches on the secondary side of two-transistor forward converter, an interleaved three-level forward converter with variable turns ratio was proposed in this paper. Besides the advantages of interleaved two-transistor forward converter, the range of input voltage is broadened by adjusting turns ratio. Meanwhile, the proposed converter has the merit that the output filter can be reduced, and the power density can be increased. Moreover, the operation principle of the proposed converter is clarified and the two-level and three-level operation modes are also compared. Then, a specific design method of the parameters is described. A 2000 W experimental prototype was built to verify the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed technique.
