低低温电除尘协同脱除细颗粒与SO3实验研究

Experimental Study on Simultaneous Control of Fine Particle and SO3 by Low-low Temperature Electrostatic Precipitator

  • 摘要: 低低温电除尘技术是降低燃煤电厂细颗粒、SO3排放的有效技术之一。采用燃煤热态试验系统,试验考察了普通电除尘与低低温电除尘中细颗粒的粒度变化特性,以及低低温电除尘入口烟温、烟气中SO3浓度等对细颗粒与SO3脱除性能的影响,并探讨飞灰吸附SO3的机理。结果表明:低低温电除尘中存在颗粒凝结长大现象,出口颗粒物粒度高于普通电除尘,适当降低入口烟温,有利于增强低低温电除尘对细颗粒与SO3的脱除,脱除效果随着入口烟气SO3浓度的增加而提高。低低温电除尘对于SO3的脱除效率高于80%,SO3在飞灰上的冷凝主要由内扩散控制。

     

    Abstract: Low temperature electrostatic precipitator is a technology to simultaneous control of fine particle and SO3 for coal-fired power plants. The removal of fine particle and SO3 from coal combustion by low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator was investigated experimentally based on the coal-fired thermal system. The influence factors, including inlet temperature and SO3 concentration were analyzed. The mechanism of fly ash adsorption SO3 was discussed. The results show that fine particle size increases apparently contrast with the traditional ESP at the outlet. Decreasing the temperature and raising the SO3 concentration have a positive effect on improving the removal of fine particle and SO3. the removal efficiency of SO3 is higher than 80% by Low Temperature Electrostatic Precipitator. Condensation of SO3 on fly ash is mainly controlled by internal diffusion.
