灰的无量纲脖颈抗拉强度模型研究

The Model of Nondimensional Neck Tensile Strength of Ash

  • 摘要: 灰的固体桥力对于灰的沉积行为有重要影响。通过对灰的固体桥力测量实验结果进行无量纲化处理,提出了灰的无量纲脖颈抗拉强度计算公式,计算值与实验值符合较好,计算偏差小于22%。灰的脖颈抗拉强度小于同温度下的材料抗拉强度,当温度较低时,脖颈抗拉强度可能仅为材料抗拉强度的1/150,这证实了传统的对灰的脖颈抗拉强度的估计方法存在偏差。

     

    Abstract: The solid-bridge force of ash has significant impact on the ash deposition behavior. The model of nondimensional neck tensile strength of ash was developed by the nondimensionalization of the solid-bridge force measurement results. The calculation results agreed well with the experimental results, and the deviation was less than 22%. The ash neck tensile strength was only 1/150 of the material tensile strength when at relatively low temperatures, which disproved the applicability of the traditional estimation method for ash.
