低低温电除尘器颗粒物脱除特性的工程应用试验研究

Experimental Study on Engineering Application of Particulate Matter Removal Characteristics of Low-low Temperature Electrostatic Precipitator

  • 摘要: 对某1000MW燃煤机组低低温电除尘器的颗粒物脱除特性进行试验研究:对设备前后烟道中的烟气颗粒物进行采样、分析,对设备各级电场的捕集飞灰进行检测;初步探寻了低低温状态下烟温与除尘效果的关系,研究了低低温电除尘器对各级粒径颗粒物的脱除效果、对主要成灰元素的捕集情况。试验结果表明:降低电除尘器进口烟温至低低温状态(87~100℃),可有效提升设备对烟尘的总体脱除能力,除尘效率可达99.9%以上,逃逸烟尘浓度可控制在20mg/m3以内;调整进口烟温至90℃,PM1脱除效率可达99.44%;元素Si、Al主要分布于较大颗粒(粒径>10μm)被电场捕集,元素Ca、Fe、Mg、S主要富集于可吸入颗粒物(PM10)被电场捕集。

     

    Abstract: Fly ash was sampled at the inlet and outlet of low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator(LLT-ESP) on a 1000 MW coal-fired unit. The composition of fly ash collected by specific field of LLT-ESP was measured by X-ray fluorescence. The mass of particulate matter, elemental size distribution of fly ash and particulate matter(PM) removal efficiency of LLT-ESP were studied. The results show that the PM removal of LLT-ESP can be enhanced by reducing inlet flue gas temperature to Low-Low temperature(87~100℃), the efficiency may reach above 99.9%, escaping fly ash concentration can be controlled within 20mg/m3; PM1 removal rate could be up to 99.44% via adjusting the inlet flue gas temperature to 90℃. Elements of Si and Al mainly distributed in coarse particles(particle size above 10μm), while elements of Ca, Fe, Mg, S mainly enriched on inhalable particulate matter(PM10) collected by LLT-ESP.
