大规模海上风电输电与并网关键技术研究综述

An Overview on Key Technologies Regarding Power Transmission and Grid Integration of Large Scale Offshore Wind Power

  • 摘要: 风力发电是可再生能源利用领域中技术最成熟,最具商业化发展潜力的发电方式之一。由于海上具有风资源丰富的特点,且目前全世界海上风电开发工程应用的需求迫切,大规模海上风电的输电与并网问题成为风电发展和研究的热点方向。文中对大规模海上风电输电及并网的关键技术进行了介绍,包括海上风电传输技术,海上风电场升压站、集电系统设计技术,海上风电功率预测技术,海上风电集群有功/无功控制技术和安全稳定控制技术等,并对这些技术的研究现状及成果进行了分析和总结。最后,指出了海上风电的发展趋势及需要进一步研究的方面,为海上风电并网的发展提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Wind power is one of the most mature power generations which is with reliable potential for commercial deployment in the field of renewable energy utilization. Large-scale offshore wind power grid interconnection issues are now becoming the focusing topic in the field of wind power developments and grid interconnection researches, because of the abundant wind resources of and the urgent engineering practices requirements to offshore wind power. Several key technologies regarding power transmission and grid interconnection were presented, including offshore wind power transmission, design for offshore wind farm substation and collection system, forecasting technology for offshore wind power, active/reactive power control technology of offshore wind farm cluster and stability control technology. The research status and key finding of the above mentioned technologies were summarized. The development trend and the research direction for further study of offshore wind power were also figured out, which provides a reference for the development of offshore wind power grid interconnection.
