基于谐波线性化的三相LCL型并网逆变器正负序阻抗建模分析

Analysis of Positive-sequence and Negative-sequence Impedance Modeling of Three-phase LCL-type Grid-connected Inverters Based on Harmonic Linearization

  • 摘要: 在分布式发电系统中,并网逆变器作为主要的功率接口单元,其稳定性直接关系到并网系统的可靠运行。基于阻抗的分析方法可有效针对并网逆变器与电网之间的交互稳定性开展研究,因此并网逆变器的阻抗建模是进行阻抗稳定性分析的重要前提。该文以三相LCL型并网逆变器作为研究对象,采用谐波线性化方法,对锁相环(phase-locked loop,PLL)频率特性进行了建模分析,提出了一种锁相环调节器参数设计方法。同时,该文系统考虑了锁相环与数字控制延时等因素对阻抗特性的影响,结合谐波线性化和对称分量法,建立了三相LCL型并网逆变器的正负序阻抗模型。最后,对逆变器锁相环频率特性和正负序输出阻抗分别进行了仿真与实验验证,有效证明了理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In a distributed generation system, the stability of grid-connected inverters that are used as the dominant power interface device is directly related to the reliable operation of the grid-connected system. The impedance-based analysis method can be employed to effectively study the interaction stability between grid-connected inverters and grids, so the impedance modeling of grid-connected inverters is the important premise for the analysis of impedance stability. Based on the application of three-phase LCL-type grid-connected inverters, the harmonic linearization method was adopted to analyze the frequency characteristic of the phase-locked loop(PLL), and a parameter design approach of PLL regulator was proposed in this paper. Meanwhile, the impacts of the factors that include PLL and digital control delay on the impedance characteristic were considered, and the positive-sequence and negative-sequence impedance models of the three-phase LCL-type grid-connected inverter was built by combining harmonic linearization and symmetrical component methods. Finally, the frequency characteristic of PLL and the output impedance model of the three-phase LCL-type grid-connected inverter were verified respectively by the simulation and experimental results, which effectively proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
