A Hybrid Islanding Detection Method for Distributed Multi-inverter Systems

摘要: 针对多台分布式逆变器系统进入孤岛运行状态时,逆变器难以完成孤岛检测的问题,首先研究了孤岛检测的三类现有方法的应用特性,分别指出三类现有方法在分布式逆变器群进入孤岛情况下应用的局限性;然后提出更适合分布式逆变器群应用的新型混合孤岛检测方法,综合了主动法和远程法的优点,减小了检测盲区,缩短了检测时间,降低了对电能质量的影响;最后通过实验,比较了单台逆变器和多台逆变器孤岛检测的不同,并且展示了新型混合孤岛检测方法在缩短检测时间和提高电能质量方面的优势。Abstract: To address the issue that it is difficult to complete islanding detection in multi-inverter systems, firstly the application features of three current islanding detection methods were studied, and the limitations of these methods for multi-inverter systems were noted. Then the advantages of both the remote method and the local active method were integrated, and a novel hybrid islanding detection method was proposed, which was much more suitable for multi-inverter systems. It could decrease the non-detection zone(NDZ), shorten detection time, and reduce the impact on power quality. At last, several experiments were operated to compare the differences of the single-inverter island and the multi-inverter island, and to show the superiority of the hybrid islanding detection scheme on shortening detection time and improving power quality.
