Electric Load Online Modeling Based on IMM Algorithm

  • 摘要: 针对现代电网在线仿真的需求,以交互多模型(interactive multiple model,IMM)算法为基本理论工具,提出一种新的电力负荷在线建模方法。首先从IMM算法的基本原理出发,建立一种新的电力负荷在线建模框架;进一步深入分析利用在线信息对各个子模型进行输入交互、条件滤波、概率更新、融合估计等具体环节,从而实现电力负荷的在线建模。该方法通过多个子模型逼近复杂的电力负荷特性,能综合利用电力负荷的离线信息和在线信息,通过不同模型的概率变化描述电力负荷的强非线性离散变化特性,因而具有较高的精度和速度。最后通过算例说明了所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Responding to the needs of online simulation analysis of modern power grid, a novel online electric load modeling method based on interactive multiple model(IMM) algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the framework of online electric load modeling was established according to the basic theory of IMM algorithm. Then the specific steps,e.g., the input interaction, conditional filter, probability updating and fusion estimation of sub-models, were all presented for the online electric load modeling. In the proposed method, the complex characteristics were simulated by some sub-models according to both offline and online information. Therefore, the nonlinear discrete change of electric load is described, resulting to the fast modeling speed and high modeling accuracy. The simulation results demonstrate its effectiveness in the end.
