Development of New Power Systems: Challenges and Solutions

  • 摘要: 构建新型电力系统是我国实现双碳目标和能源转型的重要途径。随着能源结构变革的深入推进,电力系统的结构和特性也将发生深刻变化,安全-经济-环境“矛盾三角形”是构建新型电力系统将面临的长期挑战。该文简要介绍了我国“双碳”目标下的能源和电力场景,系统分析了我国新型电力系统面临的充裕性、安全性、经济性和体制机制挑战,提出了值得关注的关键技术,最后总结提炼了新型电力系统相对于传统电力系统的主要变革。

     

    Abstract: The construction of new power systems is the key solution to realize the carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets and energy transformation. With the deepening revolution of the energy structure, the power system structure and characteristics will also experience profound changes. The existing technology cannot satisfy the requirements of ensuring power supply, grid security and energy consumption in the whole stage of energy transformation, and therefore, the construction of the new power systems faces a series of challenges. This paper briefly introduces the energy and power scenarios under the “dual carbon” target, systematically analyzes the challenges of sufficiency, security, economy and institutional mechanisms facing by the new power systems, and puts forward key technologies. Finally, compared with the existing power systems, this paper summarizes the main innovations of the new power systems.
