Review of Optimization Strategies for Orderly Charging of Electric Vehicles

  • 摘要: 电动汽车有序充电可降低充电负荷对配电网的不利影响。针对传统配电网、有源配电网、微电网、含V2G配电网等应用场景,该文从优化目标、约束条件、求解算法及调控策略等方面对电动汽车有序充电研究现状进行综述。分别讨论峰谷差最小、网损最小、负荷波动最小等优化目标,并总结各种约束条件。从传统优化算法和智能优化算法两方面评述有序充电模型函数的求解算法。按集中式控制、分散式控制及分层分区式控制总结有序充电调控方式,按电价机制、激励措施归纳有序充电激励方式。最后,对电动汽车有序充电所需开展的研究工作进行展望。

     

    Abstract: Orderly charging of electric vehicles can reduce the adverse impact of charging load on distribution network.Firstly, the research status of orderly charging of electric vehicles is summarized from the aspects of optimization objectives and constraints, solution algorithms and regulation strategies. Among them, based on the classification of traditional distribution network, active distribution network, micro-grid and distribution network containing V2G, it discussed the optimization objectives, which including minimum peak valley difference, minimum network loss, minimum load fluctuation and so on, moreover various constraints are summarized. The algorithms for solving the function of ordered charging model are reviewed from two aspects: traditional optimization algorithm and intelligent optimization algorithm. Then, the regulation mode of orderly charging is summarized according to centralized control, decentralized control, hierarchical and zoning control, and the incentive mode of orderly charging is concluded according to electricity price mechanism and incentive measures. Finally, it prospected the research work required for orderly charging of electric vehicles.
