计及电动汽车不确定性的有序充电调度策略

The Controlled Charging Dispatch Strategy by Considering of the Uncertainty of Electric Vehicles

  • 摘要: 大量电动汽车的接入,对智能电网调度提出了新要求。采用合理的充电调度策略可以充分发挥电动汽车在智能电网中削峰填谷等作用。在此背景下,首先分析影响电动汽车充电负荷的因素,根据电动汽车充电特性建立电动汽车充电负荷模型。然后,综合分析电动汽车用户的使用需求,在此基础上建立考虑电动汽车充电不确定性的电网调度随机最优潮流模型。最后,以一标准33节点配网测试系统为例,比较自由模式下和有序充电调度模型下电网负荷曲线,证明了所提出电动汽车充电调度模型在平滑电网等效负荷波动方面的有效性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: The access of electric vehicles brings new requirement for the smart grid scheduling.The controlled charging strategy will make electric vehicles(EVs) play an important role in the peak load shifting in smart grid.The EVs charging load profile and the impacts of charging are studied firstly in this paper,and load model of EVs charging is then built.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the EV users’ requirements,the stochastic dispatching optimal power flow model of power grid by considering of the uncertainty of EVs charging is built.In the end,with the 33-bus test system as example,the load curve of power grid obtained by free mode and controlled charging dispatch model are compared,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed stochastic dispatched EVs charging model.
