Abstract:
To fully mobilize the flexibility of the demand-side response of integrated energy system (IES) and mitigate the impact of uncertainty of carbon emission trading price on the dispatching plan in a dual-carbon context, a two-stage low-carbon economic dispatching model of IES is proposed considering both demand response and carbon price uncertainty. In the first stage, a demand response model is developed to reduce the peak-to-valley load difference and improve the thermoelectricity matching between the supply and demand sides, so as to relieve the system supply pressure. In the second stage, a stochastic scenario method is employed to model the carbon price uncertainty, while the IES low-carbon economic dispatch model is constructed to minimize the system operation cost at each time. The simulation example demonstrates that the proposed model can effectively enhance energy utilization and realize the unification of the system economy and low carbon.
