Abstract:
With rapid development of new power system dominated by new energy, how to ensure system frequency safety has become a problem needed to be solved urgently. Therefore, firstly, frequency dynamic response regulation process and characteristics of multiple types regulation methods in the power system were analyzed. Secondly, operation generalized short circuit ratio that reflects relative strength of AC system when new energy is connected to the grid at any power was studied and introduced into the given new power system source-load-storage coordination optimization strategy along with frequency safety constraints. On this basis, a source-load-storage coordination optimization combination model was established based on frequency safety, and particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve global optimal solution. Finally, the proposed strategy was validated through an improved IEEE-39 node system on the Matlab/Simulink platform. The results show that the proposed strategy is flexible and cost-effective, which can quickly achieve frequency safety regulation, ensure strength of power grid and resist violent frequency fluctuations when new energy is connected to the grid.
