风电机组出力的概率性评估

Probabilistic Assessment on the Output Power of Wind Turbine

  • 摘要: 考虑运行、停运和降额状态,建立了风电机组的多状态故障模型;考虑风速的随机性和风机本身的故障率对风机出力的影响,运用蒙特卡罗方法对风机状态和风速进行概率抽样,并对风电机组的出力进行概率评估。在Matlab中建立了风电机组出力概率评估的仿真程序,并对某风电场1.5MW系列风电机组出力进行概率评估,给出了该类型风机不同出力状态下的概率,结果验证了所建可靠性模型和评估方法的有效性和适应性。

     

    Abstract: The multiple-state fault model of wind turbine is built by considering its running,outage and derating state,and the output power of wind turbine is evaluated probabilistically using Monte Carlo method to get the samples of wind turbine state and wind speed based on the influence of the randomness of wind speed and fault rate on the output power of wind turbine.Then the algorithm of probabilistic assessment of the output power of wind turbine is realized by Matlab,the output power of 1.5MW series wind turbine in one wind farm is evaluated,and the probability values under different output power state of this type wind turbine are given,which verify the effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed model and assessment method.
