直流偏磁条件下变压器的建模及励磁特性研究

摘要: 为研究偏磁现象对变压器的影响,提出了一种直流偏磁条件下的变压器建模方法,该方法首先基于JA磁化理论建立铁芯的动态磁化曲线,然后从变压器电磁关系出发,利用统一电磁等值电路UMEC模型推导出自感和互感构成的变压器方程,两者结合建立了适用于直流偏磁工况下的变压器仿真模型。利用该模型分析了不同直流偏磁情况下,变压器空载时的铁芯磁化特性、励磁电流及各次谐波变化。结果表明,该模型能够反映直流偏磁时变压器铁芯的磁滞特性和磁导的非线性,较为精确地仿真出铁芯饱和情况及励磁电流幅值和波形畸变情况,为研究变压器偏磁时的励磁特性提供了有效的手段。Abstract: In order to study the influence of DC bias on the transformer,a transformer modeling method under DC bias is proposed.The dynamic core magnetization curves method is built based on the JA theory.Then the transformer equation which formed by self and mutual inductance based on UMEC magnetic circuit model is deduced from the electromagnetic relationship,by combination of which the transformer simulation model under DC bias conditions is built.The model is used to analyze the core magnetization characteristics,the excitation currents and the harmonic changes of no-load transformer under different DC bias conditions.The results show that the model can reflect the hysteresis characteristics of the transformer core and the nonlinearity of the permeability under DC bias,the core saturation and excitation current amplitude and waveform distortion are also simulated accurately,which provides an effective means to study the excitation characteristics of transformer under DC bias.
