Abstract:
Black start of power system means that after the whole system is shut down due to fault, without relying on the help of other networks, the whole power system is finally restored through the starting of the units with self-starting capability in the system. With the rapid development of new energy sources, it also brings challenges to the stable operation of the power system, and it is more important to develop a black start plan in advance. With the continuous development of photovoltaic and energy storage systems, and the fact that energy storage systems can compensate for the randomness and volatility of photovoltaic power output, the combined optical storage system has become a new choice to undertake the task of black start. This paper firstly establishes a multi-storage PV joint system, classifies the energy storage system according to the real-time state of energy storage, designs three different priority levels of energy storage to undertake different tasks; sets the corresponding control scheme for different priority levels of energy storage, proposes a light storage black start control strategy based on multi-storage dynamic regulation, monitors the operation state of energy storage in real time, prevents the multi-storage system from black start caused by overrunning limits and other reasons Finally, the effectiveness of the multi-storage dynamic regulation black-start control strategy is verified by simulating three different working conditions through Matlab simulation software.
