Abstract:
For the enhancement of the voltage level of photovoltaic modules in photovoltaic power generation systems, a high-gain DCDC converter integrating active switched-inductor and Y-source multiplier unit is proposed. The proposed converter is able to realize low switch voltage stress, has high degree of freedom voltage regulation capability, and can still ensure the efficiency of the circuit under certain boosting conditions, which has great application potential in photovoltaic power. The working modes of the converter, the voltage stress and current stress of the device, the parameter design, the loss and efficiency of the converter are analyzed in detail. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed topology is verified through experiments.
