广东省周边海域风能和波浪能联合开发潜力分析

ANALYSIS OF JOINT DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF WIND AND WAVE ENERGY IN SEA AREA AROUND GUANGDONG PROVINCE

  • 摘要: 参考现有海上风电场位置选择广东省周边海域的5处联合开发场址,基于2001—2020年的风和波浪再分析数据,从资源储量和稳定性等角度对选址开展资源特征的详细分析,并评估不同额定功率的6种风力机和6种波浪能装置在选址处的发电性能。结果表明,广东省周边海域的风能和波浪能均有明显的季节分布差异,在秋冬季节更为丰富且更为稳定;风能和波浪能具有较强的相关性;风力机额定功率越大平均发电功率越大,但容量因数随额定功率的增大呈现波动趋势;风力机的容量因数明显大于波浪能装置;综合考虑多种因素,W2E-215/9.0风力机和Wave Star波浪能装置更适合投放于所提5处场址。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, five sites around Guangdong Province were selected with reference to existing offshore wind farm locations.Based on the wind and wave reanalysis data from 2001 to 2020, a detailed analysis of the wind and wave energy characteristics of the selected sites was carried out from the perspectives of resource storage and stability, and the power generation performance of six types of wind turbines and six types of wave energy converters with different power ratings were evaluated. The results show that there are obvious seasonal differences in the distribution of wind and wave energy in the sea area around Guangdong Province, which are more abundant and stable in autumn and winter; wind and wave energy are strongly correlated; the higher the rated power of the wind turbine, the higher the average power generation, but the capacity factor fluctuates with the increase of rated power; the capacity factor of the wind turbine is significantly larger than that of the wave energy converter; considering various factors, the W2E-215/9.0 wind turbine and Wave Star wave energy converter are more suitable for the five sites selected in this paper.
