基于力矩传递模型的风力机叶片颤振抑制方法

WIND TURBINE BLADE FLUTTER SUPPRESSION METHOD BASED ON MOMENT TRANSFER MODEL

  • 摘要: 针对永磁直驱水平轴风力机叶片颤振现象,建立叶片-传动轴-电机旋转平面内的振动力矩传递模型,计算叶片侧扰动力矩以及归算到电机侧的扰动力矩,并通过控制电机转矩,在电磁转矩上叠加一个与该侧扰动力矩大小相等、方向相反的控制力矩,使其通过力矩传递模型抑制叶片颤振,同时对引起轴系谐振的电机转矩成分进行陷波滤波处理,以此抑制轴系谐振。最后通过仿真和实验验证上述方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The vibration torque transfer model in the rotating plane of the blade-drive shaft-motor is established for the blade flutter phenomenon of the direct-drive horizontal-axis wind turbine,and the disturbance torque on the blade side and the disturbance torque attributed to the motor side are calculated. By controlling the motor torque,a control torque of equal magnitude and opposite direction is superimposed on the electromagnetic torque to suppress the blade chattering through the torque transfer model. At the same time,the motor torque components causing shaft resonance are trapped and filtered to suppress the shaft resonance. Finally,the effectiveness of the above method is verified by simulation and experiment.
