Abstract:
This paper proposes an optimal planning method for energy storage power station that takes into account the multi-agent economy and reliability of power system. Firstly,the optimal planning method is used to calculate the capacity allocation results of energy storage power station under multi-agent economic objectives. The Monte Carlo(MC)simulation method is then used to assess the long-term reliability of the grid. Then,based on the economy,reliability and grid benefit indicators,the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is used to evaluate the score of the energy storage power station in each node configuration,and the score of each node in various power generation and load scenarios is counted to achieve site selection,and the capacity configuration of the energy storage power station is realized according to the energy storage power and capacity distribution function. Finally,through RBTS BUS6 simulation,the comparison results of the proposed method and energy storage planning under a single index and the influence mechanism of key parameters are analyzed,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
