提升电网可靠性的储能系统最优经济性规划方法

OPTIMAL ECONOMIC PLANNING METHOD OF ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM TO IMPROVE GRID RELIABILITY

  • 摘要: 提出兼顾电力系统多主体经济性与可靠性的储能电站优化规划方法。首先使用最优规划方法计算多主体经济性目标下的储能电站容量配置结果;然后使用蒙特卡洛(MC)模拟方法评估电网长时可靠性;而后基于经济性、可靠性及电网效益指标,使用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)评估储能电站在各节点配置效果得分,统计多种发电及负荷场景下各节点评分实现选址,并依据储能功率及容量分布函数实现储能电站容量配置。最后,通过RBTS BUS6仿真,分析所提方法与单一指标下储能规划的对比结果以及关键参数的影响机理,验证所提方法的有效性及优越性。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes an optimal planning method for energy storage power station that takes into account the multi-agent economy and reliability of power system. Firstly,the optimal planning method is used to calculate the capacity allocation results of energy storage power station under multi-agent economic objectives. The Monte Carlo(MC)simulation method is then used to assess the long-term reliability of the grid. Then,based on the economy,reliability and grid benefit indicators,the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is used to evaluate the score of the energy storage power station in each node configuration,and the score of each node in various power generation and load scenarios is counted to achieve site selection,and the capacity configuration of the energy storage power station is realized according to the energy storage power and capacity distribution function. Finally,through RBTS BUS6 simulation,the comparison results of the proposed method and energy storage planning under a single index and the influence mechanism of key parameters are analyzed,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
