严寒干热地区集热冷却联用系统试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON COMBINED HEAT COLLECTION AND COOLING SYSTEM IN SEVERE COLD AND DRY HOT AREAS

  • 摘要: 该文结合新疆地区昼夜大温差气候特性,在乌鲁木齐市搭建一套小型太阳能集热——天空辐射冷却两用系统,通过对比PE防风膜层数和测试不同流速工况下的系统运行结果来探究两用装置的集热/冷却潜力。试验结果表明:系统在日间集热模式下的最大进出口温升为6.40℃,最大瞬时集热功率为721.88 W/m2;夜间冷却模式下最大进出口温降为0.94℃,出口温度相对环境温降可达1.43℃,最大瞬时冷却功率为50.89 W/m2,这为其在实际中的工业集热应用和本地区的温湿度独立控制空调系统高温冷冻水制备提供可能。

     

    Abstract: Combining with the climate characteristics of large temperature difference between day and night in Xinjiang region,this paper sets up a set of small solar heat collection-sky radiation cooling dual-purpose system in Urumqi. By comparing the number of PE wind cover film layers and testing the system operating results under different flow rates,the heat collection/cooling potential of dualpurpose device is explored. The test results show that the maximum temperature difference between inlet and outlet of the system is6.40 ℃ and the maximum instantaneous heat collection power is 721.88 W/m~2under the daytime heat collection mode. In the night cooling mode,the maximum inlet and outlet temperature difference is 0.94 ℃,the outlet temperature is 1.43 ℃ lower than the ambient temperature,and the maximum instantaneous cooling power is 50.89 W/m~2,which provides the possibility for its practical industrial heat collection application and the preparation of high temperature chilled water in the local temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system.
