县域场景划分方法与县域能源互联网典型模式研究

STUDY ON COUNTY SCENE DIVISION METHOD AND TYPICAL MODEL OF COUNTY ENERGY INTERNET

  • 摘要: 根据能源互联网中能源层、信息层和价值层的逻辑结构,规范县域能源互联网的概念、分析县域主要影响要素、聚类县域典型场景、设计县域能源互联网典型模式,为未来县域能源互联网的规划设计提供理论和方法支撑。首先,根据县域特点将县域分为核心区和非核心区,界定和设计县域能源互联网的技术内涵及总体架构;然后,介绍县域场景划分的方法与技术流程;第三,运用层次分析法对县域要素进行层次构建和权重求解;第四,构造县域场景函数式,建立基于自变量与函数的三维数据集,用轮廓系数分析法确定最优的聚类数目,运用K-均值聚类法得到不同的县域场景;第五,提出县域能源互联网总体规划设计原则、核心区与非核心区设计原则;最后研究设计不同场景下的县域能源互联网典型模式。

     

    Abstract: According to the logical structure of energy layer,information layer and value layer in energy internet,the paper standardizing the concept of energy Internet at county level,analyzing the main influencing factors at county level,clustering typical scenes at county level,and designing typical patterns of energy Internet at county level,so as to provide theoretical and methodological support for future planning and design of energy Internet at county level. Firstly,according to the characteristics of the county,the county is divided into core area and non-core area,and the technical connotation and overall framework of the county energy Internet are defined and designed. Then,the method and technical process of county scene division are introduced. Thirdly,ahp is used to construct the level and solve the weight of county elements. Fourthly,construct the function formula of the scene in the county,establish the 3D data set based on independent variables and functions,determine the optimal clustering number by using the contour coefficient analysis method,and obtain different scenes in the county by using K-means clustering method. Fifthly,put forward the overall planning and design principles of the county energy Internet,the design principles of core and non-core areas;Finally,the typical model of county energy Internet under different scenarios is studied and designed.
