Abstract:
To propose the problems of significant deviations between the static model and actual operation of solar cells,especially under local occlusion,so that solar cell models under uniform lighting are difficult to adapt to new scenarios. the solar cell modeling under the shadow change was studied. Firstly,the forward,reverse,and dynamic characteristics of normal solar cells were analyzed,as well as the internal situaction of the solar cell in a small area shadow. A dynamic model of solar cells containing forward and reverse characteristics under local shading was established. Then,the PV module model under shadow change was studied. To verify the accuracy of the model,the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. Finally,the simulation model was used to analyze the change rule of dynamic parameters and transient output current when the environment changes. The results show that the model established in this paper can be used to analyze the dynamic performance and dynamic parameters of solar cell under shadow change.
