准Z源软开关高增益DC-DC变换器

SOFT SWITCHING HIGH STEP-UP DC-DC CONVERTER BASED ON QUASI-Z SOURCE

  • 摘要: 为使光伏系统能够稳定地输出逆变器母线所需高压直流电,需使用高增益DC-DC变换器来实现光伏组件电压等级提升,基于此设计一款准Z源软开关高增益DC-DC变换器应用于光伏系统中。在准Z源框架基础上使用有源开关管替换二极管并嵌入耦合电感和开关电容模块,可实现软开关、高电压增益以及高效率。介绍该变换器的工作原理,分析稳态下性能表现,并与同类型变换器进行比较,结合变换器的建模仿真及样机实验,验证理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to output stably the high DC voltage required by the inverter bus stably,the photovoltaic system needs a high stepup DC-DC converter to improve the voltage level of photovoltaic modules. Therefore,a quasi-Z source soft switching high step-up DCDC converter is designed in this paper. The converter can be used in the photovoltaic system. Based on the quasi-Z source framework,active switches are used to replace diodes,and coupled inductors and switched capacitor modules are embedded in the quasi-Z source framework to achieve the soft switching operation,high voltage gain and high efficiency. This paper introduces the working principle of the converter,analyzes the performance under steady state,compares its performance other converter,and verifies the correctness of the analysis with the modeling simulation and prototype experiment.
