下击暴流不同高度水平最大风速对风力机气动载荷的影响

INFLUENCE OF HORIZONTAL MAXIMUM WIND SPEED AT DIFFERENT HEIGHT OF DOWNBURST ON AERODYNAMIC LOAD OF WIND TURBINE

  • 摘要: 以理论解析模型结合IECKAI谱构建下击暴流三维脉动风场,将其作为OpenFAST代码的来流输入条件,计算并分析风轮和塔架的气动载荷。结果表明:当下击暴流水平最大风速对应的高度变化导致风轮平面内全部为负的风剪切来流时,风轮的推力和转矩最小;当水平最大风速对应的高度从风轮扫掠面底部到顶部位置变化时,与最小值相比,风轮的横向力、纵向力、倾覆力矩和偏航力矩系数均方根的最大值分别增大29.01%、30.00%、38.79%和38.93%,在距离塔基19%的截面位置处,塔架前后方向气动阻力系数平均值的最大值增大5.6倍。

     

    Abstract: The three-dimensional fluctuating wind fields of downburst was established by the theoretical analytical model combined with IECKAI spectrum,which are used as the input condition of OpenFAST code. The aerodynamic loads of rotor and tower are calculated and analyzed. The results show that when the wind shear across the rotor plane is negative due to the height change of horizontal maximum wind speed,the thrust and torque of the rotor are minimum. When the height of the horizontal maximum wind speed changes from the bottom to the top of the rotor,compared with the minimum value,the maximum value of the root mean square of the rotor lateral force,longitudinal force,tilt moment,and yaw moment coefficients increased by 29.01%,30.00%,38.79%,and 38.93%,respectively,and the maximum value of the average aerodynamic drag coefficient in the fore-aft direction of the tower increases by 5.6times at the section position 19% away from the tower foundation.
