基于相似准则的同功率海流机及风力机叶轮设计与试验

ROTOR DESIGN AND TEST OF MARINE CURRENT TURBINE AND WIND TURBINE WITH SAME POWER BASED ON SIMILARITY CRITERION

  • 摘要: 为降低海流机的测试成本并缩短测试周期,研究海流机与风力机设计与测试的关联性。依据相似准则,采用风力机叶片设计方法分别设计300 W海流机变弦长叶轮和等弦长叶轮。由雷诺数相等得出水流与空气的额定流速比为1∶10,由叶尖速比相同得出叶轮额定转速。分别采用车载试验与水槽试验对两种机组的功率输出进行测试。等弦长叶轮型机组达到额定功率时的风速8.31 m/s,水流速度0.90 m/s,流速比接近1∶10。在车载和水槽试验中,两种机组的雷诺数均在同一数量级,叶尖速比的比值均略大于1。结果表明两种机组都达到了设计要求,所以用此方法设计海流机是可行的。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the test cost and shorten the test cycle of the marine current turbine,the correlation between the design and test of the marine current turbine and the wind turbine was studied. According to the similarity criterion,variable chord length rotor and equal-chord length rotor of 300 W marine current machine were designed by the design method of wind turbine blade. The rated velocity ratio of water flow to air is 1∶10 based on equal Reynolds number,and the rated speed of rotor is obtained from the same tip speed ratio. The output power of the two units was tested by vehicle-mounted test and flume test respectively. The wind speed is 8.31 m/s and the flow speed is 0.90 m/s when the equal chord length rotor type unit reaches the rated power,and the velocity ratio is close to1∶10. In the vehicle-mounted and flume tests,the Reynolds numbers of the two units are in the same order of magnitude,and the ratio of the tip speed ratio is slightly more than 1. The results show that both units meet the design requirements,so it is feasible to use this method to design marine current turbines.
