基于厌氧发酵混合原料流变特性的CFD流场模拟分析

CFD FLOW FIELD SIMULATION ANALYSIS BASED ON RHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION MIXED RAW MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 为确定不同搅拌器下厌氧发酵体系原料的运动规律,以单一鸡粪、鸡粪与玉米秸秆干重比1∶4混合原料为研究对象,对不同含固率下鸡粪以及混合原料的流变特性进行测定。基于混合原料的流变特性,运用CFD对4种搅拌器进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:与鸡粪类似,混合原料为非牛顿假塑性流体,其流变特性可用幂律模型表征,二者黏度均随转速的增大而减小,但混合原料的稠度系数和流变指数均低于鸡粪;六弯叶搅拌器对其附近流场影响较大,六斜叶圆盘涡轮式搅拌器的死区范围最小,六弯叶搅拌器相较于六斜叶搅拌器具有更高的径向速度。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the movement characteristic of raw materials in the anaerobic fermentation reactor under different agitators,the rheological properties of pure chicken manure and mixed raw materials of chicken manure and corn stover with ratio of 1:4(weight basis)under different total solid content were measured. Based on the rheological properties of mixed raw materials,the numerical simulation of four kinds of agitators were analyzed by using CFD. The results show that mixed raw materials is non-Newtonian fluids which is similar to the chicken manure,and its rheological properties can be characterized by power law model. The viscosity of mixed materials decreases with the increasing of siring speed,while the consistency coefficient and rheological index of mixed raw materials are lower than those of chicken manure. The six curved blade agitator has greater influence on the nearby flow field,and the dead zone of the six inclined blade disk turbine agitator is smallest. In addition,the six curved blade agitator has higher radial velocity than the six inclined blade agitator.
