Abstract:
Appropriately designed operation strategy is one of the critical factors in the process of optimizing the configuration of the microgrid capacity. Taking the typical isolated wind-solar-diesel-storage microgrid as the research object and based on the characteristics of distributed generation, the microgrid operating conditions are divided into seven states. Then the key issue in designing the operation strategy is determined,i.e.,how to allocate the net load power when the sum of the maximum output power of battery energy storage(BES)and diesel generation(DE)is larger than the net load power. Aiming at this key issue, three operation strategies are proposed. Namely, the distributing net load strategy with BES precedence, the distributing net load strategy with DE precedence, the distributing net load strategy of DE tending to rated power. The characteristics of the three operation strategies are analyzed based on the computation results of the multi-objective optimal model, and the applicable occasions are pointed out.
