废弃井地热能开发工艺与数值模拟研究进展

REVIEW ON GEOTHERMAL ENERGY DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ABANDONED WELLS

  • 摘要: 利用废弃井开发地热能是当前国际研究热点之一,但目前中国对相关研究少有论及。针对这一问题,通过系统调研国内外废弃井地热能开发工艺与数值模拟研究现状,将现有开发工艺归为开环(EGS、“灌-采”取热)和闭环(换热器、“U型井”取热)取热两类并对其进行阐述。目前废弃井取热数值模拟主要研究对象为闭环取热工艺,同轴换热器和U型井取热均已有较完整的数学模型可供参考,但各模型相关结论还需结合更多现场试验进一步验证。分析现有研究成果与问题,认为数值模拟和试验结合、生产工艺开发与优化、配套装备与设施研发、人工智能筛选目标废弃井等将是以后的重要发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The utilization of abandoned wells to develop geothermal energy is one of the current international research hotspots,but it is rarely discussed in China at present.Aiming at this problem,through the systematic investigation of geothermal energy development technology and numerical simulation research status of abandoned wells at home and abroad,the existing development processes has been described,which was classified into two types:open loop heat extraction process(EGS,“irrigation-pumping”heat extraction)and closed loop heat extraction process(heat exchanger heat extraction,“U-shaped well”heat extraction). At present,the main object of numerical simulation research on heat extraction from abandoned wells is closed-loop heat extraction process;the coaxial heat exchanger and“U-shaped well”heat extraction now has relatively complete mathematical models for reference,but the relevant conclusions of each model need to be further verified by field tests.Analyzing the existing research results and problems,it is considered that the combination of numerical simulation and experiment,the development and optimization of production process,the research and development of supporting equipment and facilities,and artificial intelligence screening of target abandoned wells will be the important development direction in the future.
