一种用于漏电流抑制的改进型H7逆变器

AN IMPROVED H7 INVERTER FOR LEAKAGE CURRENT SUPPRESSION

  • 摘要: 提出一种用于漏电流抑制的改进型H7逆变器拓扑来抑制无变压器光伏发电系统中的漏电流。该拓扑在H7型逆变器拓扑的基础上增加了一个钳位电路,该电路由3个容值相等的分压电容和3个钳位开关管构成,钳位电路可实现逆变器的共模电压在续流状态内保持稳定。同时提出一种共模电压高频控制方案,在保证钳位点的电压为UPV/3或2UPV/3的基础上增加了共模电压的频率,对应的增加了电路的共模回路阻抗,系统的共模特性得到了优化,漏电流的抑制效果更好。搭建一台每相输出200 W的原理样机,通过saber仿真和硬件实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,an improved H7 inverter topology for leakage current suppression is proposed to suppress the leakage current in the transformerless photovoltaic power generation system. Based on the topology of H7 inverter,a clamping circuit is added. The circuit is composed of three voltage divider capacitors with equal capacitance and three clamping switches. The clamping circuit can keep the common mode voltage of the inverter stable in the freewheeling state. At the same time,a high-frequency control scheme of common mode voltage is proposed,which increases the frequency of common mode voltage and the common mode loop impedance on the basis of the ensuring that the voltage of clamp point is UPV/3 or 2UPV/3. The common mode characteristics of the system is optimized and the leakage current suppression effect is better. A prototype with 200 W output per phase is built,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by saber simulation and hardware experiment.
