基于平板热管的太阳能-空气能双源集热蒸发器性能实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PERFORMANCE OF SOLAR-AIR ENERGY DUAL SOURCE COLLECTOR EVAPORATOR BASED ON FLAT HEAT PIPE

  • 摘要: 设计一种基于平板热管的太阳能-空气能双源集热蒸发器及由其组成的新型直膨式热泵系统,并对其进行实验研究与分析。实验测试平板热管在制冷剂低温取热条件下的均温性与导热性能,热泵运行工况下集热蒸发器表面温度分布、光电光热性能,以及在不同天气条件不同运行模式下热泵系统性能。结果表明,平板热管在低温取热条件下当量导热系数可达6.8×10~5W/(m·℃),集热蒸发器运行时纵向最大温差为3.9℃;在夏季晴朗天气条件下运行太阳能模式制热水时热泵平均COP为3.62;在低辐照阴天下运行太阳能-空气能双源模式与太阳能模式相比,单位面积集热功率提高18.8%,系统平均COP提高5.7%;在无辐照的夜晚,运行空气源模式系统COP为2.54。

     

    Abstract: A solar-air energy dual-source collector evaporator based on flat heat pipe and a new direct expansion heat pump system composed of it are designed,experimental research and analysis are carried out on it.The experiment tests the uniform temperature and thermal conductivity of the flat heat pipe under the condition of low temperature heat extraction by the refrigerant,under the operating conditions of the heat pump the surface temperature distribution of the heat collector evaporator,the photoelectric photothermal performance and the heat pump system under different weather conditions and different operating performan of modes.The results show that the equivalent thermal conductivity of flat heat pipe can reach 6.8×10~5W/(m·℃)at low temperature,the maximum longitudina temperature difference during the operation of the collector evaporator is 3.9℃,In summer,the average COP of solar heating mode in sunny weather is 3.62;the solar-air dual-source mode operating in low-irradiation cloudy days increases the heat collection power per unit area by 18.8% and the system average COP by 5.7% compared with the solar mode.On nights without irradiation,the operating air source mode system average COP is 2.54.
