西藏可再生能源开发适宜度评价

RESEARCH ON SUITABILITY OF RENEWABLE ENERGY EXPLOITATION IN TIBET

  • 摘要: 以西藏太阳能、风能、水能三大可再生能源为研究对象,运用空间多准则决策法,选取能源资源禀赋、地形地貌、道路交通和土地利用等相关的评价准则与指标,对西藏可再生能源开发适宜度的时空分布进行评估。结果表明:西藏约80%的区域全年可开发三大可再生能源;藏西北适宜太阳能、风光互补开发,藏东南适宜水能、水光互补开发,全区几乎无可进行风水互补和风光水互补开发的区域。

     

    Abstract: This study quantifies the suitability of renewable energy exploitation in Tibet by using a GIS-based multi-criteria decisionmaking method. Four criteria including energy potential,geomorphology,transportation as land use are involved in the evaluation framework. Results show that around 80% areas of Tibet could be used for exploiting renewable energies. Northwestern Tibet is suitable for solar-wind complementary exploitation and the southeast is suitable for hydro-solar combination. As for either the wind-hydro or the wind-solar-hydro hybrids,few areas are recognized.
