N-M光伏直流变换器串联系统可靠性分析
RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF N-M PV DC-DC CONVERTER SERIES SYSTEM

摘要: 针对光伏直流变换器串联系统可靠性低的问题,提出一种基于N-M光伏直流变换器设备冗余的串联系统方案(在N台光伏发电单元构成的串联系统中,考虑允许M台光伏发电单元故障切除后,剩余N-M台发电单元可继续正常运行的串联系统方案),分析串联系统的运行特性和控制策略,研究N-M串联系统的可靠性。研究表明,N-M光伏直流变换器设备冗余串联系统方案可有效提高串联系统运行可靠性,搭建串联系统仿真模型和实验平台,通过仿真和实验验证了N-M光伏直流变换器串联系统方案的可行性。Abstract: Aiming at the low reliability of the photovoltaic(PV)DC-DC converter series system,this paper presents a series system scheme based on redundancy of N-M PV DC/DC converter,analyzes the operation characteristics and control strategy of the series system,and studies the reliability of the N-M series system. The research results show that the redundancy series system scheme of N-M PV DC-DC converter can effectively improve the operation reliability of the series system. The simulation model and experimental platform of the series system are built,and the feasibility of the proposed N-M PV DC/DC converter series system is verified by simulation and experimental results.
