Abstract:
This work presents the pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis process of coal and biomass,and the influences of parameters including heating rate,pyrolysis temperature,mixing proportion,biomass type,and particle size of reactants on co-pyrolysis were analyzed.Based on the current status and recent progress of biomass and coal pyrolysis technology,the applications of indirect and direct heating processes in co-pyrolysis were reviewed. Synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis produced by hydrogen supply of biomass,catalysis of alkali metals and the interaction between pyrolysis products,and suggestions for infrared and Aspen Plus software to promote the synergy were summarized. Finally,this review proposed some prospects to the mechanism of directed regulation of co-pyrolysis products and infrared pyrolysis regulation and amplification.
