生物质与低阶煤共热解特性研究及其技术进展

RESEARCH ON CO-PYROLYSIS CHARACTERISTICS OF BIOMASS AND LOW-RANK COAL AND ITS TECHNICAL PROGRESS

  • 摘要: 在阐述生物质与低阶煤单独热解和混合共热解过程的基础上,分析加热速率、温度、混合比例、生物质种类和粒径等参数对协同作用的影响。基于生物质与低阶煤热解技术的现状与最新进展,对间接与直接加热工艺在共热解上的应用进行综述。归纳生物质的供氢作用、碱金属的催化作用以及热解产物之间的相互作用使共热解产生协同作用以及红外与Aspen Plus软件等促进协同作用的建议,并提出共热解产物定向调控的反应机理与红外热解调控放大等相关展望。

     

    Abstract: This work presents the pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis process of coal and biomass,and the influences of parameters including heating rate,pyrolysis temperature,mixing proportion,biomass type,and particle size of reactants on co-pyrolysis were analyzed.Based on the current status and recent progress of biomass and coal pyrolysis technology,the applications of indirect and direct heating processes in co-pyrolysis were reviewed. Synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis produced by hydrogen supply of biomass,catalysis of alkali metals and the interaction between pyrolysis products,and suggestions for infrared and Aspen Plus software to promote the synergy were summarized. Finally,this review proposed some prospects to the mechanism of directed regulation of co-pyrolysis products and infrared pyrolysis regulation and amplification.
