秸秆捆烧系统设计与试验研究

DESIGN AND EXPERIMENT OF BALED STRAW COMBUSTION SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 针对秸秆捆烧技术的燃烧理论不清、烟气污染物排放规律不明确、NOx排放较高等问题,基于分级燃烧原理自主设计四级独立配风的秸秆捆烧试验系统,该系统能进行不同配风量、配风比例等试验,实时监测燃烧过程中秸秆捆内部温度分布、燃料失重速率、烟气排放浓度等相关参数。系统试制完成后,利用玉米秸秆捆进行燃烧试验,结果表明该秸秆捆烧系统达到设计要求,在各级配风流量分别为70、30、10、0 m3/h的条件下燃烧效果较好,燃烧过程中NOx、SO2的平均排放浓度均达到《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13271—2014)要求。结合原料失重曲线和炉膛温度场分析,秸秆捆燃烧过程主要分为燃烧前期、挥发分燃烧期、焦炭燃烧期和燃烧后期4个阶段,各阶段反应时长占比约为10%、15%、50%、25%。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of combustion theory unclear, pollutant generation and emission in baled straw combustion technology,a four-stage test platform with independent air distribution for baled straw combustion trials is designed independently based on staged combustion principle. The platform can easily set various test parameters and automatically save and export the required test data. By baled corn combustion trial,the results indicate that when air distribution flow is set at 70,30,10,0 m~3/h,the combustion effect is good. NOxand SO2 average emission concentration meets the requirements of(GB13271-2014). Combined with material weight loss curve and furnace temperature field analysis,the combustion process of straw bales can be divided into four stages: early combustion,volatile combustion,coke combustion and late combustion. The reaction time of each stage accounts for about 10%,15%,50% and 25%.
