Abstract:
In the high-permeability distributed photovoltaic(distributed photovoltaic DPV)distribution network,the battery energy storage system(battery energy storage system,BESS)planning research is mainly based on a given Load and DPV in which BESS is used to reduce the negative impact of DPV fluctuations on the power grid,and less consideration is given to load growth and distribution load increased and distribution(LID). To solve this problem,a multi-stage planning index system was proposed based on short-term planning economic objectives,combined with dynamic load growth and random distribution characteristics and the timing complementarity of energy storage and photovoltaic. At the same time,the planning strategies of different stages were proposed,so as to realize multi-stage coordinated planning of BESS and DPV. Finally,the 10 k V 36-node distribution network is simulated. The results show that the coordinated planning of DPV and BESS can effectively reduce the configuration capacity of both. LID plays a key role in the coordinated planning of DPV and BESS.
