考虑机会约束的多能源微电网双层优化配置

BI-LEVEL OPTIMIZATION CONFIGURATION METHOD FOR MULTIENERGY MICROGRID CONSIDERING CHANCE CONSTRAINTS

  • 摘要: 为提高微电网的供电经济性、可靠性以及清洁能源消纳能力,提出考虑源荷不确定性的风/光/水/沼/储微电网容量双层优化配置模型。外层为多目标配置优化层,内层为运行优化层。为应对源荷的不确定性,使用基于场景缩减的典型日选择方法,并在内层模型中引入机会约束,利用概率约束代替传统确定约束。算例表明,所提方法降低了微网建设与运行成本,提高了清洁能源消纳能力、供电可靠性以及应对源荷不确定性的能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the power supply economy, reliability,and clean energy consumption capacity of the microgrid, a bi-level optimization configuration model of wind/light/water/biogas/storage microgrid capacity considering the source-load uncertainty is proposed. The outer layer is the multi-objective configuration optimization layer,and the inner layer is the operation optimization layer.In order to deal with the source-load uncertainty,the typical day selection method based on scene reduction is used. And the chance constraints are introduced into the inner model,which use probability constraints instead of traditional deterministic constraints. The calculation example shows that the proposed method reduces the construction and operation cost of microgrid,and improves the clean energy consumption capacity,power supply reliability and the ability to deal with the source-load uncertainty.
