基于ICM的风力机叶片多相材料拓扑优化设计

TOPOLOGY OPTIMIZATION DESIGN FOR MULTIPHASE MATERIALS OF WIND TURBINE BLADE BASED ON ICM

  • 摘要: 为进一步发挥不同材料空间布局的可设计性潜力,实现轻量化设计,提出融合ICM方法和SQP算法的叶片多相材料拓扑优化方法。建立以结构单元密度为设计变量、质量最小为目标函数、位移为约束的叶片多相材料拓扑优化数学模型。应用Matlab编写算法程序,并与Abaqus软件交互进行求解,得到叶片复合纤维和软夹芯材料的优化空间布局。以1.5 MW叶片为例,优化后叶片质量减轻、性能提高,基于等代设计法局部调整再设计后叶片的强度满足设计要求,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to further develop the design potential of different material space layout and realize lightweight design,a topology optimization method of multi-phase materials for wind turbine blades combining ICM method and SQP algorithm is proposed. The topology optimization mathematical model is established,which takes the density of structural element as design variable,the minimum weight as the objective function and the displacement as the constraint. The algorithm program is written in Matlab and the problems are solved interactively with Abaqus software,and the optimized space layout of the composite fiber and soft sandwich material of the blads is obtained. Taking 1.5 MW blade as an example,the weight of optimized blade is reduced,and the properties are improved. Based on equivalent design method,the strength of the redesigned ofter partial adjustment meets the design requirements. The effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified.
