新型变桨风力机与数值模拟分析

NEW TYPE PITCH WIND TURBINE AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION ANALYSIS

  • 摘要: 针对小型风力机功率控制,提出一种新型主动变桨调节方式,分析变桨控制理论及工作原理,利用ANSYS Workbench对建立的1.5 kW风轮模型进行模拟分析,研究该风力机在不同工况下桨距角随风速的变化关系、风轮表面压力变化情况以及变桨调节机构应力分布规律。结果表明:风轮表面最大压力出现位置,随着桨距角与风速的增大,由迎风面叶尖前缘向背风面过渡;调节机构最大等效应力出现在风速17 m/s、桨距角20°、转速390 r/min工况,均发生在齿轮齿根部位,且随转速的增加最大应力值增大。

     

    Abstract: To realize the power control of small wind turbines,a new type of adaptively pitch adjustment method is proposed. The theory and working principle of pitch control are analyzed,and the 1.5 kW wind turbine model established by ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and analyze the wind turbine in different working conditions. Study the relationship between the pitch angle of the wind turbine and the wind speed,the change of the surface pressure of the wind turbine and the stress distribution law of the pitch adjustment mechanism under different working conditions. Simulation results show that the maximum pressure on the surface of the wind turbine,with the increase of the pitch angle and wind speed,the transition from the blade leading edge of the windward surface to the leeward surface. The maximum equivalent stress of the regulating mechanism occurs in the coditions of wind speed 17 m/s,pitch angle 20°,and rotational speed 390 r/min,which occurs at the root of gear,and the maximum stress value increases with the increase of rotating speed.
