Abstract:
With the new distributed horizontal axis variable eccentric wind turbine as the research object,the safety and reliability of the wind turbine design is verified by testing the load distribution of its key parts through the wind tunnel load experiment. The experimental results show that under different inflow wind speeds,the deflection of the wind wheel to the right is more obvious to reduce the bending moment of leaf root;The deflection of the wind wheel increases the force of the tower in the direction of pitch and side bend,but it does not affect the safety of the wind turbine structure;Eccentric mechanism stress is mainly concentrated at the right 100 mm,eccentric action will not cause its load distribution change;Experiments verify the practicability,safety and reliability of eccentric adjustment mechanism,and provide the theoretical and experimental basis for the perfection of the control strategy of this model and the optimization of eccentric mechanism.
