可变偏心距风力机载荷特性试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LOAD CHARACTERISTICS OF VARIABLE ECCENTRICITY WIND TURBINE

  • 摘要: 以新型分布式水平轴可变偏心距风力发电机为研究对象,通过风洞载荷实验测试其关键部位的载荷分布,验证该风力机设计的安全可靠性。实验结果显示:在不同来流风速条件下,风轮向右侧偏对减小叶根弯矩效果更明显;风轮侧偏会使塔筒的俯仰及侧弯方向受力增大;偏心调节机构所受的应力主要集中在右侧100 mm处,偏心动作不会引起其载荷分布变化。实验验证了偏心调节机构的实用性、安全性及可靠性,可为该机型控制策略的完善以及偏心机构的优化提供理论和实验基础。

     

    Abstract: With the new distributed horizontal axis variable eccentric wind turbine as the research object,the safety and reliability of the wind turbine design is verified by testing the load distribution of its key parts through the wind tunnel load experiment. The experimental results show that under different inflow wind speeds,the deflection of the wind wheel to the right is more obvious to reduce the bending moment of leaf root;The deflection of the wind wheel increases the force of the tower in the direction of pitch and side bend,but it does not affect the safety of the wind turbine structure;Eccentric mechanism stress is mainly concentrated at the right 100 mm,eccentric action will not cause its load distribution change;Experiments verify the practicability,safety and reliability of eccentric adjustment mechanism,and provide the theoretical and experimental basis for the perfection of the control strategy of this model and the optimization of eccentric mechanism.
