考虑用户价格需求响应的光-储充电站容量配置与定价方法研究

摘要: 考虑基于价格的用户行为选择,提出一种计及用户价格型需求响应的光-储充电站容量配置与定价方法,分别以充电站运营商和电动汽车用户为上、下2层问题的主体,建立双层优化规划模型。利用线性化方法和KKT条件将问题转化为单层混合整数线性规划。最后,为了验证所提模型的有效性,通过算例分析得出规划运行方案,对比不同方案,结果表明通过制定合理的价格控制需求响应的手段可有效提高充电站的经济效益。Abstract: This paper considers the choice of user behavior based on price,and proposes a method of capacity configuration and pricing of PV-storage charging stations that takes into account the user’s price-based demand response. Taking charging station operators and electric vehicle users as the main body of the problem of the upper and lower layers respectively,a two-layer optimal programming model is established. The linearization method and KKT conditions are used to transform the problem into a single-layer mixed integer linear programming. Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model,a planning operation solution is obtained through analysis of examples. By comparing different solutions,it is found that the economic efficiency of the charging station can be effectively improved by formulating a reasonable price control demand response method.
