基于综合序电流的含光伏电源配电网纵联保护方案
PILOT PROTECTION SCHEME BASED ON INTEGRATED SEQUENCE CURRENT FOR DISTRIBUTION METWORK WITH PHOTOVOLTATIC

摘要: 随着大量光伏电源就地接入配电网,现有的基于本地信息或相邻信息的保护方案均存在一定局限性。为此,分析光伏电源的控制策略与故障特征,基于含光伏电源配电网发生各种类型故障后的复合序网,提出一种基于综合序电流的新型纵联保护方案。该方案无需电压信息,且对通信同步性要求较低,适用于硬件条件较差的中低压配电网。最后,利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件建立含光伏电源配电网模型,验证了所提方案在各种故障条件下的有效性。Abstract: As a large number of photovoltaics are locally connected to the distribution network,existing protection schemes based on local information or adjacent information both have some limitations.To this end,this paper analyzes the control strategy and fault characteristics of photovoltaic.Based on the composite sequence network after various types of faults in the distribution network with photovoltaic,a novel pilot protection scheme based on integrated sequence current is proposed.This scheme does not require voltage information and has low requirement for communication synchronization,and is suitable for middle and low voltage distribution networks with poor hardware conditions.Finally,a distribution network model with photovoltaic was establish by PSCAD/EMTDC software,verified the effectiveness of the scheme under various fault conditions.
