基于场景重构的风力机叶片损伤热效应数值模拟研究

摘要: 为了更深入地了解不同损伤类型产生可观察热对比的驱动机制,该文在风力机叶片损伤红外热像检测室外试验的基础上,采用热传导理论,对沙蚀磨损、裂纹和内部胶粘损伤的热效应开展基于场景重构的数值模拟研究。从热对比效果和多点温度测量2个方面对比验证,均表现出较好的一致性,表明了模型的正确性和方法的可行性。Abstract: In order to gain deeper insight into the driving mechanisms that produce the observed thermal contrasts of different types of damage. In this paper,the numerical simulations on thermal effects of sand erosion wear,cracks and internal adhesive damage are carried out based on the field infrared thermal imaging and scene reconstruction using heat conduction theory. From the results of thermal imaging comparison and multi-point temperature measurement,all results are consistent very well. This shows that the numerical model is correct and the method is feasible.
