新型固定床可回热式光热制氢系统结构设计研究

STUDY ON A NOVEL CONCEPT OF SOLAR THERMOCHEMICAL HYDROGEN GENERATION SYSTEM WITH HEAT RECOVERY

  • 摘要: 针对热化学制氢过程,提出一种基于氧化铈固定床结构的新型光热氧化还原制氢反应器。采用集总参数法,建立瞬态还原、回热、氧化过程的数学模型。通过优化腔体数量、氮气输送速率、还原温度等参数,获取现有技术条件下固相回热率、制氢效率的理论最大值分别为81%和27%,并开展关于气相回热率和聚光比的敏感度分析。

     

    Abstract: A novel fixed-bed solar reactor system via ceria redox is presented for thermochemical water splitting.Transient lumped parameter method is used for modelling the whole system including reduction,heat recuperation and oxidation processes.Based on the present technology conditions,the heat recovery effectiveness of solid phase and the overall thermal efficiency are predicted up to 81% and 27% respectively,with optimized parameters of cavity numbers,nitrogen gas flow rate,and reduction temperature.Then,sensitivity analyses regarding gas phase heat recovery effectiveness and optical concentration ratio are also conducted.
