大型双排四点接触球轴承摩擦力矩特性研究
FRICTION TORQUE CHARACTERISTIC OF LARGE-SIZE DOUBLE ROW FOUR-POINT CONTACT BALL BEARINGS

摘要: 在双排四点接触球轴承静力学分析基础上,建立轴承滚动体与滚道间摩擦力矩的数值计算模型,并对载荷工况、轴承几何参数与摩擦力矩之间的关系进行理论分析。分析结果表明,双排四点接触球轴承在较小的倾覆力矩工况下运行,轴承初始接触角约为50°,沟曲率半径系数为0.53~0.54,游隙取0~-0.05 mm,同时选择较小的节圆直径,有利于减小轴承滚动体与滚道间摩擦力矩,降低轴承磨损量,延长轴承使用寿命。Abstract: Based on the statics analysis of double row four-point contact ball bearings,the numerical calculation model of the friction torque between the rolling elements and the raceways are obtained. The theoretical analysis for the effects of the load conditions,geometry parameters on friction torque of the double row four-point contact ball bearings are presented. The results showed that in order to decrease the friction torque and heat,and improve the life,the bearing is preferably operated at lower tilting moments,and the geometry parameters of the double row four-point contact ball bearings should be selected as following:the nominal contact angle nearly50°,groove curvature radius factor 0.53-0.54,clearance 0~-0.05 mm and smaller pitch diameter of ball set.
