风电不确定性波动下的交直流输电容量优化模型

OPTIMIZATION MODEL OF AC-DC TRANSMISSION CAPACITY UNDER UNCERTAINTY FLUCTUATION OF WIND POWER

  • 摘要: 针对大规模风电远距离交直流混合输送条件下风电不确定性导致的送受端电网功率波动抑制问题,提出一种基于交直流系统能量传播路径优化的输送容量分配优化方法。首先,以交直流输电线路首末端为节点,交直流输电线路为边,建立交直流能量有向传播网络模型;其次,通过对混联电网内交直流线路输送容量载荷程度和风电不确定性分析,建立交直流功率分配变化传播强度(PDPI)模型,并在此基础上建立基于传播强度最小化的风电波动潮流传播路径优化模型;然后,研究风电节点波动在交直流混联电力系统有向传播网络中不同传播方式下最优传播路径与潮流分配之间的关系,构建基于改进蚁群算法的交直流潮流优化方法。最后,采用IEEE 10机39节点交直流系统进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,所提出的基于输电容量变化传播强度的交直流容量优化方法能有效减小风电不确定性波动对交直流电网的影响范围,并具有较好的计算精度和求解速度。

     

    Abstract: Considering the uncertainty of large-scale wind power under the condition of long-distance AC-DC hybrid transmission.Power fluctuation of the power grid at the sending and receiving ends.An optimization method of transmission capacity allocation based on energy transmission path optimization of AC-DC system is proposed.Firstly,taking the head and end of AC-DC transmission lines as nodes and AC-DC transmission lines as edges,the model of AC-DC energy directional transmission network is established.Secondly,the power dispatch propagation intensity(PDPI) model is established by analyzing the load degree of AC-DC transmission capacity and wind power uncertainty in hybrid grid.On this basis,an optimization model of wind power fluctuation power flow propagation path based on the minimization of propagation intensity is established.Then,the relationship between the optimal propagation path and the power flow distribution in the simultaneous interpreting of the wind power node fluctuation in the directed propagation network of the AC-DC hybrid power system is studied.An AC-DC power flow optimization method based on the improved ant colony algorithm is constructed.Finally,based on the actual operation data of a four province AC-DC interconnected power system,an optimal simulation model of ACDC transmission capacity allocation is established.The simulation results show that the AC-DC capacity optimization method based on the transmission capacity variation propagation intensity is proposed It can effectively reduce the influence range of wind power uncertainty fluctuation on AC-DC power grid,and has good calculation accuracy and solution speed.
