基于非线性载波调制的单相电流型逆变器的研究

RESEARCH ON SINGLE-PHASE CURRENT SOURCE INVERTER BASED ON NONLINEAR CARRIER MODULATION

  • 摘要: 传统的电流型逆变器直流侧电感取值较大,应用于中小功率系统时有一定的局限性。针对这个问题,该文对直流电感进行分析,最终得出电感值与电感电流间的关系。在此基础上,提出基于面积等效原理的非线性载波调制策略,当直流侧采用较小的电感时,仍能保证交流侧输出电流质量较高,有效解决了单相电流型逆变器应用于中小功率系统时电感过大的问题。在上述分析的基础上,搭建相应的实验平台,验证了理论与仿真的正确性。

     

    Abstract: The traditional current source inverter has a large DC side inductance value,which has some limitations when applied to medium and small power systems. To solve this problem,this paper analyzes the DC inductor,and finally obtains the relationship between inductance value and inductance current. On this basis,a nonlinear carrier modulation strategy based on the area equivalent principle is proposed. When the DC side adopts a smaller inductor,the output current quality of the AC side is still higher,which effectively solves the problem that the inductor is too large when the single-phase current source inverter is applied to medium and small power systems. Based on the above analysis,the corresponding experimental platform is built to verify the correctness of the theory and simulation.
