塔筒法兰间隙对螺栓疲劳损伤的影响分析

摘要: 为了分析塔筒法兰间隙对螺栓疲劳损伤影响程度,建立三类塔筒法兰间隙的单扇面法兰有限元模型,模型充分考虑法兰与法兰之间,法兰与垫片之间的接触和螺栓预紧力等诸多非线性因素,计算得到法兰外界拉力与螺栓内力关系。在此基础上,重点考察间隙开口高度和间隙延伸长度对螺栓内力的影响。螺栓疲劳损伤计算结果与Schmidt-Neuper算法结果对比可知,特定法兰间隙形式能显著影响螺栓疲劳损伤,提出方法为塔筒法兰设计与制造提供了相关理论依据。Abstract: To discuss the effects of the flange gap on the cumulative fatigue damage,three types of tower flange gap are established.Several non-linear factors including the contact existed in flange-flange and flange-washer,as well as the pretension for bolts are taken into account. The relationship between the external tension and internal force for bolts can thus be achieved. Furthermore,the influence of the opening height and the length of the gap on the internal force for bolts are investigated. The resultant fatigue damage using Schmidt-Neuper method reveals that the special shape of the gap possesses significant impact on the fatigue damage. The proposed method can provide the theoretical reference for the design and manufacturing of the tower flange.
