一种模块化双输入多电平逆变器及其调制策略

A MODULAR DUAL-INPUT MULTILEVEL INVERTER AND ITS MODULATION STRATEGY

  • 摘要: 针对传统多电平逆变器功率器件多、结构复杂等缺点,提出一种模块化双输入开关电容多电平逆变器,其拓扑结构简单,所需开关器件少。该逆变器中电源与电容的串并联组合可产生更高阶数的电平输出,提高输出电压增益,且电容电压具有自平衡的优点。首先给出该逆变器的电路结构,分析其工作原理,并设计逆变器PWM调制策略,最后对电容自平衡及电容参数进行分析。仿真和实验结果验证了所提逆变器及其调制策略的有效性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional multilevel inverters,such as numerous power devices and complex circuit structures. A modular dual-input switched-capacitor multilevel inverter is proposed with simple topology and lower number of switches.Series-parallel combination of voltage sources and capacitors can produce more voltage levels with the output voltage gain increased. At the same time,the capacitor voltage is balanced automatically. In this paper,the circuit structure,operation principle and PWM strategy of the inverter are presented firstly. Then,the principle of capacitor voltage self-balancing and capacitance parameters are analyzed. At last,simulation and experimental results are provided to demonstrate the feasibility and correctness of the multilevel inverter and its modulation strategy.
