考虑尾流效应的海上风电机组维护路径随机规划
MAINTENANCE ROUTING STOCHASTIC PROGRAMMING FOR OFFSHORE WIND TURBINES CONSIDERING WAKE EFFECT

摘要: 考虑尾流效应及海洋大气环境的不确定性,构建海上风电机组维护路径随机规划模型,并制定相应的求解策略。首先,运用场景集描述海洋环境中风、浪的相关性和不确定性;然后,建立维护总成本最小化的目标函数,同时考虑到风、浪对船只航行时间,出海可及窗口的影响构建相关的约束条件;接着,考虑到维护状态会改变机组间尾流分布,将尾流模型与维护状态相结合刻画各机组输入风速的变化,进而建立精细化的停机损失模型。为了提高求解效率,在求解过程中提出各船只每日最大可维护的机组数目预评估策略,降低了计算的规模。最后,仿真验证表明与传统方法相比,制定的维护路径决策能更好地应对随机的海洋环境,且考虑尾流效应下的决策结果更具经济性。Abstract: Considering the wake effect and the uncertainty of the marine atmospheric environment,a maintenance routing stochastic programming model of the offshore wind farm is constructed,and the corresponding solution strategy is formulated. Firstly,the scene sets are applied to describe the correlation and uncertainty of wind and waves in the marine environment. Then,an objective function of minimizing maintenance costs is established. And the correlation constraints are built with the consideration of the influence of wind and waves on the vessels’ voyage time and the sea access window. Simultaneously,taking into account the relationship of maintenance status with the wake distribution among wind turbines,the wake model is combined with the maintenance status to characterize the change of the input wind speed of each turbine. Based on this,a refined shutdown loss model is constructed. Besides,in order to improve the efficiency of the solution,a pre-evaluation strategy for the maximum number of maintainable turbines by per vessel in per day is presented during the solution process,which reduces the size of the calculation. Finally,the simulation results show that comparing with traditional approach,the proposed maintenance routing decision method can deal with the random marine environment better,and the decision result considering the wake effect is more economical.
